WG10 Built environment and life cycle

The purpose of WG10 is to support the development of a maintenance management framework encompassing all aspects of the built environment, including furniture, fixtures, and equipment (FF&E), within the management responsibility of the facility manager, FM organization and others engaged in all forms of maintenance activities to meet the demand organization’s requirements and obligations.  It focuses will be on how to achieve successful maintenance outcomes for a range of facilities.​

Advisory and working groups include experts from both standards and industry, and National Standards Bodies put forward these experts. If you want to help shape FM's future standards, please contact the relevant Convenor or your national member.
